what is the deal with websites completely foregoing any kind of editing process? i go to multiple sites and i see people posting things like be come instead of become, joe instead of joel, spelling mistakes, grammatical errors, does noone has edItoRs anymores?!?!?!?!?!?! now, you'll notice that i forego capitalization, but that's intentional on my part as a writer, it's a style choice and provides a sense of counterculture to my work. you'll notice that the lack of capitalization does not effect my readability; my grammar is still excellent, my spelling is correct, and my sentence structure is adequate. i edit my work. especially when i'm posting a review, or something of that nature. this nonsense of not proofreading prior to posting is maddening and shows a complete lack of respect for the medium of written word. come on folks, a little professionalism please.
